Is Olivia safe for client data? Where is it stored?
Yes. Each agent gets an isolated workspace. Client data is never shared with other agents, is not used to train third-party AI models, and can be deleted at any time. Data is stored in Hong Kong-region infrastructure.
Is there a free plan? What is the pricing?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 messages per day for discovery. Pro is HK$138/month, Ultra is HK$1,388/month, and Team is HK$698/seat/month (minimum 2 seats).
Which languages does Olivia support?
Olivia is fully available in English, Traditional Chinese (Cantonese, zh-HK), and Simplified Chinese (Mandarin, zh-CN).

Does Olivia integrate with Google Sheets and Telegram?
Yes. Smart Records writes structured client data directly to your Google Sheets. Client Connect is a client-facing Telegram bot that agents configure with explicit can-do and cannot-do boundaries.
How is Olivia different from ChatGPT or a generic CRM?
Olivia is domain-specialized for insurance. Olivia runs autonomously on a heartbeat while general chatbots only answer when asked.
