Can the bot access my private client notes?
No. Client Connect is boundary-based. The bot only sees what you explicitly allow.

Does the bot work in Cantonese and Mandarin?
Yes. Client Connect responds in English, Traditional Chinese (Cantonese), and Simplified Chinese (Mandarin).
